Luxury hotels have been popping up all over the map this year, and with an abundance of over-the-top amenities, exclusive suites, and ultra-luxurious spas, it's hard to tell which resorts are truly the crème de la crème. Eastern Mangroves Hotel by Anantara, Abu Dhabi - This resort offers both the the beauty of the mangroves and the excitement of the city.
